    Sec. 13.005. UNLAWFULLY ACTING AS AGENT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person acts as an agent for an applicant but is not eligible for appointment as an agent under Section 13.003(b).
    (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
