Sec. 12.251. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1) "Adult education" means services and instruction provided below the college level for adults by a nonprofit entity granted a charter under this subchapter.
(2) "Program," unless the context indicates otherwise, means the adult high school charter school program under this subchapter.
