Sec. 1201.604. CONSUMER RECOVERY FOR PROHIBITED RETENTION OF DEPOSIT. In addition to any other remedy, a consumer may recover from a retailer, salesperson, or agent of the retailer who violates Section 1201.151:
(1) three times the amount of the deposit; and
(2) reasonable attorney's fees.
