    Section 113.201. Applicability of Subchapter

    Sec. 113.201. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter and Section 113.003(b) govern:
    (1) the liability of financial institutions that make payments as provided by this subchapter; and
    (2) the set-off rights of those institutions.
