    Section 11.313. Timing of Termination

    Sec. 11.313. TIMING OF TERMINATION. A court may enter a decree under Section 11.301 terminating the existence of a filing entity:
    (1) when the court considers it necessary or advisable; or
    (2) on completion of the winding up process.
