Section 1113.054. Qualifications for Office

Sec. 1113.054. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A person may not be appointed or elected as a director unless the person is:
(1) a resident of the district; and
(2) at least 18 years of age at the time of the appointment or election.
