Section 1112.054. Qualifications for Office

Sec. 1112.054. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. A person must at the time of election or appointment as director:
(1) be a resident of the district;
(2) own land subject to taxation in the district; and
(3) be at least 18 years of age.
