Sec. 11007.212. OTHER REMEDIES AND COVENANTS. The resolution authorizing the issuance of district bonds, including refunding bonds, or the trust indenture securing the bonds, may provide other remedies and covenants the board considers necessary to issue the bonds on the most favorable terms.
