Section 1068.158. Financial Report

Sec. 1068.158. FINANCIAL REPORT. As soon as practicable after the close of the fiscal year, the district administrator shall prepare for the board:
(1) a sworn statement of the amount of district money; and
(2) an account of the disbursements of that money.
