Sec. 1051.105. WAIVER OF NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GUARDIANSHIP. A person other than the proposed ward who is entitled to receive notice or personal service of citation under Sections 1051.103 and 1051.104(a) may, by writing filed with the clerk, waive the receipt of notice or the issuance and personal service of citation either in person or through an attorney ad litem.
