Section 1011.205. Execution of General Obligation Bonds

Sec. 1011.205. EXECUTION OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. (a) The board president shall execute the general obligation bonds in the district's name.
(b) The board secretary shall countersign the bonds.
