Article 63.057. Duty of Law Enforcement Agency to Notify Appropriate Persons Regarding Provision of Voluntary Sample

(1) a DNA sample for forensic DNA analysis; or
(2) for purposes of DNA sampling, a personal article belonging to the high-risk missing person.
