Section 9-42-12.1 - Payments from general fund of municipality.

9-42-12.1. Payments from general fund of municipality.
If progress payments or final payment become due under the provisions of ยง9-42-12 and if the improvements are to be financed by bonds authorized under the provisions of chapter 9-44 and the bonds have not been sold, the municipality may transfer the necessary funds from general funds in order to make the payments.
