Section 55-10A-22 - Termination of custodianship.

55-10A-22. Termination of custodianship.
The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minor's estate upon the earlier of:
(1)The minor's attainment of eighteen years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under §55-10A-4, 55-10A-5, 55-10A-6 or 55-10A-7; or
(2)The minor's death.
