5-14-6. Planning and supervisory expenses paid from building funds.
Any board, agency, or other body authorized by law to erect any state building or other improvement provided for in §§5-14-3 and 5-14-5, shall pay out of funds appropriated or available for the purpose all expenses incurred for plans, specifications, and supervision of construction, including the actual and necessary expenses of the Bureau of Administration.
