36-29-20. Majority of board required to cancel, suspend, revoke, or reissue license.
All proceedings relative to the cancellation, revocation, or suspension of a license, or relative to reissuing a license which has been canceled, revoked, or suspended shall only be held when a majority of the members of the Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners are present at the hearings. The decision of the board to suspend, revoke, or cancel a license requires a majority vote of all the board members.
