36-20B-28. Fee for issuance or renewal of certificate.
The board shall charge a fee for each application for initial issuance or renewal of a certificate under this chapter in an amount, not to exceed one hundred dollars, prescribed by the board, by rule promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26.
