36-13-8. Certificate of registration required for business of abstracting.
Any person engaging in or continuing in the business of abstracting of titles to property within the state shall first obtain a certificate of registration, file the required bond, and comply with the other requirements of this chapter and the rules promulgated by the board pursuant to chapter 1-26.
