32-14-9.1. Operation of vehicles on private land prohibited without consent of owner or lessee--Snowmobile use on public right-of-way excepted--Misdemeanor.
No person shall operate any vehicle, including, but not limited to, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles, upon any private land without permission from the owner or lessee of such land. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a vehicle used on a highway or other public right-of-way in accordance with the provisions of chapter 32-20A. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
