15-7-16. Continuance of action to permit defense by nonresident hunter.
When process is served pursuant to ยง15-7-14, the court in which the action is pending may order such continuances as may be necessary to afford the defendant or his personal representative reasonable opportunity to defend any such action, not exceeding ninety days from the date of the filing of such action in such court.
