13-61-9. Provision for care of blind or indigent children in other institutions.
The Board of Regents may provide for the care of a child who is either partially or totally blind and whose parent or guardian is indigent or unable to provide proper care, in any institution suitably equipped for the care of such child and until such child has reached the age of six years.
