1-6-18. Use of seal, commemorative medallion design or bullion piece design--Fee.
The Bureau of Administration may authorize the use of the great seal of the State of South Dakota, the commemorative medallion design, or the bullion piece design on commemorative medallions and bullion pieces and shall charge royalty fees for use of the same.
