1-37-6.1. Director of human rights as head of division--Appointment and removal.
The head of the Division of Human Rights of the Department of Labor and Regulation is the director of human rights. The director of human rights shall be subject to appointment and removal in accordance with the provisions of §1-32-6 concerning the appointment of division directors.
