Section 7-7-110. Designation of voting precincts in Beaufort County.

(A) In Beaufort County there are the following voting precincts:

(B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on the official map prepared by and on file with the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-13-19 and as shown on copies provided to the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Beaufort County by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office.
(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Beaufort County subject to the approval of a majority of the Beaufort County Delegation.

Code Commissioner's Note
Pursuant to the directive to the Code Commissioner in 2018 Act No. 246, Section 10, "Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office" was substituted for all references to "Office of Research and Statistics of the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office".
Effect of Amendment
2020 Act No. 122, Section 1, in (A), inserted "New River" and "Palmetto Bluff" following "Mossy Oaks 2" and "Sandy Pointe" following "Rose Hill"; and in (B), substituted "document P-13-19" for "document P-13-14" and "Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office" for "Office of Research and Statistics".
