§ 5-64-7. Graduate practice.
Every graduate of a program in nutrition/dietetics, which is accredited/approved by the American Dietetic Association, who meets the qualifications of § 5-64-6(a) may, upon payment of the required application fee as set forth in § 23-1-54, perform as a dietitian
utritionist under the supervision of a dietitian
utritionist licensed in this state. During this period, the applicant shall identify himself or herself only as a “graduate dietitian
utritionist.” If the applicant fails to take the next qualifying exam without cause or fails to pass the examination and receive a license, all privileges mentioned in this section shall automatically cease.
