§ 5-5.1-4. Regulations.
(a) The attorney general is authorized to adopt, amend, or repeal any regulations, consistent with the policy and objectives of this chapter, that he or she deems necessary or desirable for the public interest in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The regulations shall be adopted, amended, and repealed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
