Section 5-51-10. - Restoration of an expired license.

§ 5-51-10. Restoration of an expired license.
(a) Application for the restoration of an expired license that has been allowed to lapse for more than one year shall be accompanied by a brief outline listing the professional activities of the applicant during the lapsed period.
(b) The renewal fee must accompany the application for restoration.
