§ 5-40-11. Register of physical therapists — Records — Issuance of licenses.
(a) The department shall maintain a register of all persons licensed under this chapter that shall be open at all reasonable times to public inspection and the department shall be the custodian of all records pertaining to the licensure of physical therapists or physical therapist assistants.
(b) The director of the department of health shall issue licenses only to applicants who meet the requirements of this chapter.
