§ 40-8.7-2. Medicaid buy-in program.
The department of human services is hereby authorized to establish a Medicaid buy-in program pursuant to the “Balanced Budget Act of 1997,” 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XIII).
