§ 10-18-4. Appointment of receiver and assignment.
(a) After the debtor has filed a petition for a wage earner receivership plan, the court shall select a receiver who shall be an attorney authorized to practice in Rhode Island.
(b) The debtor shall deliver to the receiver a written assignment of all of his or her future wages, salaries, and commissions.
(c) The receiver shall give bond to be approved by the court.
