RCW 74.60.110
Small rural disproportionate share hospital payments. (Expires July 1, 2025.)
In each fiscal year commencing upon satisfaction of the applicable conditions in RCW 74.60.150(1), one million nine hundred nine thousand dollars must be distributed from the fund and, with available federal matching funds, paid to hospitals eligible for small rural disproportionate share payments under WAC 182-550-4900 or successor rule. Payments must be made directly to hospitals by the authority in accordance with that regulation. The authority shall provide a report of such payments to the Washington state hospital association within thirty days after payments are made.
