Discharge pursuant to conditional release.
Where a sexual psychopath has been conditionally released by the committing court, as provided by RCW 71.06.091 for a period of five years, the court shall review his or her record and when the court is satisfied that the sexual psychopath is safe to be at large, said sexual psychopath shall be discharged.
