The director of health may deny, refuse to renew, revoke, or suspend a certificate of registration in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for unprofessional conduct, the practice of fraud or deceit in obtaining a certificate of registration, dereliction of duty, incompetence in the practice of environmental health science, or for other good and sufficient cause.
