Section 3310.035 | Students Qualifying Under More Than One Category.

(A) A student who is eligible for an educational choice scholarship under both sections 3310.03 and 3310.032 of the Revised Code, and applies for a scholarship for the first time after September 29, 2013, shall receive a scholarship under section 3310.03 of the Revised Code.
(B) A student who is eligible under both sections 3310.03 and 3310.032 of the Revised Code and received a scholarship in the previous school year shall continue to receive the scholarship under the section from which the student received the scholarship in the previous school year, so long as a student who receives a scholarship under section 3310.03 of the Revised Code satisfies with the conditions specified in divisions (D)(1) to (3) of that section, and a student who receives a scholarship under section 3310.032 satisfies with the conditions specified in divisions (D)(2) and (3) of section 3310.03 of the Revised Code.
