(A) Notwithstanding section 119.06 of the Revised Code, the registrar of motor vehicles is not required to hold any hearing in connection with an order canceling or suspending a motor vehicle driver's or commercial driver's license pursuant to section 2903.06, 2903.08, 2921.331, 4549.02, 4549.021, or 5743.99 or any provision of Chapter 2925., 4509., 4510., or 4511. of the Revised Code or in connection with an out-of-service order issued under Chapter 4506. of the Revised Code.
(B) Notwithstanding section 119.07 of the Revised Code, the registrar is not required to use registered mail, return receipt requested, in connection with an order canceling or suspending a motor vehicle driver's or commercial driver's license or a notification to a person to surrender a certificate of registration and registration plates.
