90-270.150. Violations and penalties.
Any person who violates G.S. 90-270.149 is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense. (1967, c. 910, s. 17; 1993, c. 539, s. 646; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c); 2020-82, s. 1(a).)
