58-63-5. Definitions.
When used in this Article:
(1) Repealed by Session Laws 1991, c. 720, s. 6.
(2) "Person" means any individual, corporation, association, partnership, reciprocal exchange, interinsurer, Lloyds insurer, fraternal benefit society, and any other legal entity engaged in the business of insurance under this Chapter; and includes agents, brokers, limited representatives, and adjusters.
