108A-146.12. Postpartum coverage component.
The postpartum coverage component is twelve million five hundred thousand dollars ($12,500,000) for each quarter of the 2021-2022 State fiscal year. For each subsequent State fiscal year, the postpartum coverage component shall be increased over the prior year's quarterly amount by the Medicare Economic Index. (2021-180, s. 9D.13A(c).)
