835 - Jefferson County Hospital for Contagious Diseases.

ยง 835. Jefferson county hospital for contagious diseases. The board of
supervisors of the county of Jefferson is hereby authorized to maintain
and operate a hospital in such county for the treatment and control of
communicable diseases and may annually appropriate such sums as it may
deem proper and necessary for the support, operation and maintenance of
such hospital. The expenses thereof shall be raised by taxation levied
and assessed against the taxable property in the county of Jefferson.
