1. Prima facie cause on railroad right of way. The fact that a fire
originates upon the right of way of a railroad shall be prima facie
evidence that the fire was caused by the negligence of the railroad
company.
2. Prima facie cause in clearing lands. Whenever a fire has been set
for the purpose specified in subdivision 5 of section 9-1105 in any of
the fire towns it shall be prima facie evidence that the fire was
started by the owner or occupant of the land.
