(a) a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or
more of the major life activities of such individual;
(b) a record of such an impairment; or
(c) being regarded as having such an impairment.
3. "most integrated setting" means a setting that is appropriate to
the needs of the individual with the disability and enables that
individual to interact with nondisabled persons to the fullest extent
possible.
