ยง 66-g. Indemnification. Any agreement for the issuance of
certificates of participation to fund installment purchases by the state
may provide that the state will indemnify the trustee, paying agent,
service agent or any other person performing a similar or related
function, but only to the extent that the liability triggering the event
of indemnification is the fault of the state.
