ยง 523. Sheriff's jurors. The county clerk of each county in a city
having a population of one million or more shall select annually from
the persons qualified to act as trial jurors, the names of such number
of persons as he deems necessary to constitute the sheriff's jurors for
that year.
The county clerk shall draw and summon panels of sheriff's jurors,
upon request of the sheriff.
