ยง 403-b. Display of flag in certain parks. Any state park of this
state with developed facilities for public use shall display the flag
daily in an area where it is viewed by the public. Such display shall be
in accordance with the rules and customs deemed proper for display
pursuant to section four hundred three of this article.
