362 - Criers Not Required to Attend Special Term Supreme Court in Certain Cases.

ยง 362. Criers not required to attend special term supreme court in
certain cases. Where a special term of the supreme court is adjourned to
the chambers of a justice of the court, pursuant to section one hundred
and forty-seven of this chapter, the attendance of the crier is not
required unless the justice directs him to attend.
