§ 335. Powers of certain existing corporations to conform charter to
article. A corporation heretofore created in this state by special act
or under general law for purposes for which a corporation may be created
under this article and other applicable provisions of this chapter, may,
by the procedure herein provided, amend its charter or certificate of
incorporation to conform to the provisions of this article with the same
corporate name and for the same corporate purposes and any additional
purposes permitted by this article; but such amendment shall not affect
then existing property rights or liabilities.
