(a) education, employment and training opportunities available under
the local plan, including educational and training opportunities
available at no cost to the participant as well as the responsibilities
associated with the repayment of student financial aid;
(b) supportive services as prescribed by section three hundred
thirty-two-a of this title; child care pursuant to section four hundred
ten-u of this chapter for persons whose eligibility for assistance has
terminated; and applicable medical assistance;
(c) the obligations of the district regarding the activities and
supportive services to be provided;
(d) the rights, responsibilities and obligations of the participant in
the program including, but not limited to, participation and the
consequences of failure to participate in work activities without good
cause;
(e)(1) the types and settings of child care services which may be
reasonably accessible to participants and how such services shall be
provided and financed;
(2) the assistance available to help participants select appropriate
child care services; and
(3) the assistance available upon request to help participants obtain
child care services.
2. A local social services official shall inform applicants for and
recipients of public assistance of their responsibility to cooperate in
establishing paternity and enforcing child support obligations.
3. Consistent with federal and state law and regulations, a local
social services official shall, within one month of the recipient's
participation in orientation, notify the recipient in writing of the
opportunity to participate in the district's programs established under
this title and provide a clear description of how to enter the programs.
