(a) The board of trustees of each public library which is a
party to  an  agreement  establishing  an  interstate  library  district
pursuant  to  section  two  hundred  ninety-three of this article, shall
appoint a member or members to represent such library on  the  governing
board  of  such  interstate  library  district.    The  number  of  such
representatives shall be determined by the agreement  establishing  such
interstate library district.
  (b) The governing board of such interstate library district shall be a
body corporate.
  (c)  Such  governing  board  shall  administer such interstate library
district as provided in this act.
