ยง 260. Payment of cost of state highway. The entire expense of the
construction or improvement of a state highway shall be paid by the
department of taxation and finance upon the warrant of the comptroller
issued upon the requisition of the department of transportation out of
any specific appropriation made available for the construction or
improvement of state highways.
