ยง 248-a. Operation of aircraft on certain lakes in the town of
Lewisboro, county of Westchester. No aircraft may take off from or land
upon the surface of Lakes Waccabuc, Oscaleta, Truesdale and Rippowan, in
the town of Lewisboro and Lake Kitchawan, in the towns of Lewisboro and
Pound Ridge, and county of Westchester, except when a landing and
subsequent take-off is necessary under actual distress conditions.
A violation of the provisions of this section is a misdemeanor.
